Inquires/Bookings
All bookings must be made through my website or official booking system.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Your session or project is not confirmed until payment is received.
Design projects may require full payment upfront depending on scope.
Work does not begin until all required details and payments are submitted.
Turn around times
Photography delivery: 5–10 business days
Design turnaround: varies by project (typically 3–7 business days)
Rush services are available for an additional fee.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Communication
Please allow 24–48 hours for responses during business days.
Clear and timely communication is required to keep your project on schedule.
Excessive delays in response may affect turnaround time.
Finial Files
Final images and designs are delivered via a private online gallery or file link.
Files are delivered in standard formats (JPG, PNG, or requested format).
Source/editable files are available upon request for an additional fee.
Final files are only delivered once all payments are completed.

All visuals remain the property of VisualsByDanielM until full payment is made.
I reserve the right to use content for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Clients receive rights for personal or business use unless otherwise agreed.
Payments
Deposits are required to secure bookings.
Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery or session.
Late payments may result in delays or cancellation.
Accepted payment methods will be provided during booking.
Revisions
Each service includes a set number of revisions.
Additional revisions are billed separately.
Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your draft.
Once a design is approved, further changes will require a new request.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable.
One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows will require a new deposit.
If I must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances,
a reschedule or refund will be provided.
Respect and Professionalism
I operate with professionalism and expect the same in return.
Disrespectful behavior or failure to communicate may result in project termination.
I reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with my brand or values.
