  • Sessions are not confirmed until payment and required agreement are completed.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session. Late cancellations may forfeit payments.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the session. One courtesy reschedule may be allowed based on availability.

  • Deposits/retainers are non-refundable. Because photography is a custom creative service, refunds are not provided once the date is reserved, the session has taken place, editing has begun, or images have been delivered.

  • Late arrivals reduce session time. No-shows may forfeit payments and require a new booking.

  • Raw or unedited images are not included.
